First post...

I just found this KAL earlier today and had to join. I've been knitting for about 10 months now and am currently working on my first official cable project, which happens to be a Shedir hat from Knitty. Here's a not-quite up-to-date photo of it so far:



I am using Kraemer Yarn Summit Hill in Greenstone. It's to be a gift for my sister, who will hopefully love it.

I've decided to skip one of the cable repeats on it, as it's not intended as a chemo cap for her.

Once I finish this hat, I will be starting on a Rogue hooded sweater.

I love all of the projects I've seen photos of here so far, and cannot wait to post more photos of mine as well.
