I just learned to knit just in time for Christmas. I'm addicted already and have an embarassing stash. My first cable project was a scarf for the Red Scarf Project. I made it using the Irish Hiking Scarf Pattern which is lovely and very easy to make. It's so addictive, I've already made a lot of progress on another one in a green wool for a friend. This is it before I finished weaving in the ends (cats stole my needles - they are master hunters I mean it!)
My next cable project will be a purse for myself. I can't wait!
