Introduction and fetching

I just wanted to introduce myself and say hello… I’m Jeanne (aka Sourire11) and I usually blog at Life in Cleveland. I seem to have a slight cable addiction this fall so this knit along is perfect!

Anyways my first cable project was the Fetching mitts from Knitty. I knit them almost exactly as written out of the cashmerino only I used a size 5 instead of a size 6 needle:

I like them but I think next time I would do a different bind off. The picot edge is pretty but it rolls back – not so good for when it’s cold out and I want to knit at the bus stop!
